Brittney Cecilia Gutin is a life-long Floridian. She attended the University of Central Florida in Orlando where she received a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in 2007 in Political Science with a minor in Italian Language and Culture. Brittney then attended Florida International University College of Law in Miami where she received her Juris Doctorate in 2010.
Brittney started her practice undertaking family and criminal law cases with the firm of Longwell Lawyers in Orlando, Florida. In 2013, Brittney relocated to Palm Beach County and then spent five years as a staff attorney with the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, Inc. During her time at Legal Aid she represented victims of domestic violence in injunction hearings and in related paternity and dissolution of marriage cases. She joined The Stafford Firm, P.A. in 2018 and continues her work in family law but also represents medical providers in PIP related litigation.
Brittney is active in the Palm Beach County community. She has been a member of the Junior League of the Palm Beaches since 2013 and is currently serving as their Donor Relations Chair. In addition, Brittney is actively involved in supporting the efforts of Loggerhead Marinelife Center as a member of their Blue Friends and Beach Clean-Up Committees.
Brittney is married to Adam Gutin and together they have a beautiful daughter.
